甘酸っぱい金山寺味噌は初めてです よくぞ作ってくださいました ありがとうございます

酒のあて、ごはんのお供、調味料として、おいしくいただいています それから、無添加は大変魅力的です

90才を超える義母は、夏食欲が落ちるのですが、金山寺味噌があればしっかり食べられると言います。夏の命綱です。

冷や奴や納豆、お刺身に使用しています。凄く美味しくてリピートしています。

関東生まれですので、味が濃いのが好きで、こちらを購入。 別にだしをとって作りましたが，香り味知ともお気に入りになりました。

危険です。 作って２ヶ月後にペットボトルの蓋が爆発しました。天井や壁に飛び散って掃除が大変でした。素人にさせるものではないと思います。

One of my fondest seasoning ingredients. I use this or the paste in so many of dishes, all of which turn out better than without cacao jang.

Purchased this shoyu as a gift to my grand daughter who loves cooking. I am sure she will find it useful for her culinary adventure.

I did not find thhis miso-shiru to be much different but after eating a cup, this gave me a comfortable feeling that I am energized. It is too expensive to make them daily routne to have a cup but certainly recommend to anyone.

The taste is unique, which I have never experienced but the wonderful flavor of shoyu makes this snack so defferent from aything I ate before. Love this product.
