Perusahaan yang berlokasi di Wakayama, Jepang ini telah mengumumkan peluncuran produk terbaru kecap cokelat mereka secara resmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam percobaannya, produsen&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.detik.com\/tag\/kecap\"><strong>kecap<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/a>ini dipimpin oleh Kanako Satsutani yang merupakan juri internasional Chocolate Award sejak 2014 untuk mengembangkan kecap rasa cokelat. Kuyo Murasaki, seorang penelusur saus tamaru, mencoba menelusuri asal-usul kecap hingga ke abad-19 ketika kecap tidak sengaja ditemukan dalam proses fermentasi Kinsanjo miso. Teknikn yang sama dipakai untuk membuat Cacao Jang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cacao Jang mengklaim, ketika tutup wadah kecap cokelat mereka dibuka akan ada aroma cokelat lembut yang memanjakan hidung. Rasanya pun akan memberikan sensasi yang berbeda dengan kecap umumnya. Akan ada jejak rasa umami dari gabungan cokelat dan kecap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cacao Jang diproduksi dalam 2 jenis yaitu pasta yang lebih halus dan yang lebih kasar. Mungkin akan terbayang rasa manis yang selama ini dikenal sebagai karakteristik cokelat. Biji kakao yang difermentasi menjadi cokelat dan biji kedelai yang difermentasi menjadi kecap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasa unik yang dimiliki oleh kecap cokelat ini akan cocok jika dipadukan dengan hidangan unggas berbahan ayam atau bebek atau bahkan seafood.
